CHEMICAL PEEL PROCEDURE:
It is essential to do pre-peel priming of the patient’s skin with sunscreens and other medications for few days. The type of the peel is decided by the dermatologist depending on the condition of the patient skin.

The dermatologist will apply peel on the affected area evenly and left for sometime depending on the type of the peel. Then the peel is washed off completely, but there are certain peels which have to be left for few hours on the skin. The skin peels off slowly over weeks especially in deep peels.

Post procedure care includes sunscreens and moisturizers. Peels may be repeated weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Better results are seen with multiple sessions and when combined with Light Therapy and laser toning.
