Acne Scars are treated with various methods like chemical peels, subscision, MNRF, microdermabrasion, laser resurfacing, soft tissue fillers etc. Some raised scars require intralesional steroid injection.

Chemical peels— Like the BHA (Salicylic acid), AHA (Glycolic acid, Jessner’s solution, pyruvic acid, TCA peels etc help in ice-pick scars. They also increase the skin cell turnover and also help in collagen production.
